Rapha Medical Clinic is a new Family Medical Clinic located within Frankfort city, Indiana. We are looking to hire the following part-time staff:
Medical Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff including taking clients vital signs and brief medical histories.
• Es**rt patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in healthcare/ medical office a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a new and fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills required.
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule client appointments.
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Perform other office tasks as located from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
