The Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) invites audiology students who will be entering their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th program year to apply for a scholarship to attend the AuDacity Conference, September 5-8, 2024 at the Ga***rd Texan Resort in Grapevine (Dallas), Texas.

Scholarship recipients will receive full convention registration, lodging, and a travel stipend of up to $300. Local scholarship recipients will receive a full convention registration.

Eligible students must be enrolled in an accredited Au.D. program, must be a student member of ADA, and must demonstrate a commitment to autonomous practice and evidence-based clinical and business practices in the delivery of audiologic care.

Our Story

SADA serves the needs and concerns of student and newly graduated members of ADA. The Student Academy of Doctors of Audiology (SADA) collaborates with the ADA Board of Directors, ADA committees and others to develop educational resources and programming for students, participates in advocacy initiatives to advance student interests, and disseminates relevant information to students.

ADA student members established SADA to coordinate student educational programming and identify resources that will help prepare today’s students to achieve ownership positions within the profession of audiology in the future.

SADA currently has five areas of focus:
