The past six years has been a roller coaster ride professionally and personally. Every time a hurdle was presented, I looked at it as a stepping stone of learning, growing and expanding that has led me to this exciting point in my life.

As a licensed clinical counselor (LCPC) I expanded my view on mental health by noticing the connection between physical health and mental health with a focus on nutrition. At the same time, I began to incorporate the use of doTERRA* essential oil/products & Beautycounter* to live a cleaner lifestyle. As a result of nutrition, doTERRA, and Beautycounter I was able to see positive effects on myself and those around me. To round out my learning, I recently became certified as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach. I'm excited to start this journey as a health coach. Let's work together to learn how to make better food choices, learn to read labels, how to shop the grocery store and much more! My clinical license in conjunction with this certificate allows me support clients in living healthier lifestyle by incorporating nutrition into your healing process. Let me help you Bloom.
