I’ve been doing more abdominal massage in my sessions lately, and the results have been so powerful. It’s super gentle work around the belly that helps the organs relax, move better, and release that tight or “stuck” feeling.
Most women say it feels incredibly relaxing. It can help with bloating, digestion, constipation, period discomfort, and so much more. Think of it as helping your organs move the way they’re meant to, so your whole system works better.
