Numbness (especially in hands and feet) and tingling (aka pins and needles) are two very common symptoms of nerve issues and neuropathy.

Walking and other gentle movements like yoga help increase blood flow and reduce the tingling.

If you're starting to notice these symptoms no matter what the frequency or intensity, don't wait to tell your doctor.

Walking outside is a low-impact cardiovascular exercise that strengthens your heart and improves circulation.

Not only do you keep your body moving, but low-impact exercise can help manage symptoms of neuropathy. There is no cure but with exercise, healthy eating, and regular care like your in-home pedicures, symptoms can be monitored and managed!

If you're diabetic did you know that with type 2 diabetes specifically prevalence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was 31.5% of people.

This month we're going to talk about signs and symptoms of Neuropathy. It is one of the most common complications of diabetes. It’s a type of nerve damage caused by persistently high blood sugar levels that affect the peripheral nerves, especially in the feet and legs, and sometimes the hands and arms.
