💜 IUGR Awareness: Small but Mighty Matters 💜
At our OB clinic, we care deeply about every baby’s growth and every mom’s peace of mind. This month, we’re raising awareness about Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR) — a condition where a baby grows more slowly than expected during pregnancy.
👶 What is IUGR?
IUGR happens when a baby is smaller than expected for their gestational age, often due to issues with the placenta, maternal health conditions, or other factors.
⚠️ Why awareness is important:
Babies with IUGR may need closer monitoring during pregnancy and sometimes early delivery to keep them safe and healthy.
🩺 How we help:
• Regular prenatal checkups
• Growth ultrasounds
• Doppler studies when needed
• Personalized care plans
• Close monitoring for mom and baby
🤍 Early prenatal care is key. If you have concerns about your baby’s growth or have been told your baby is measuring small, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

🌸 Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Awareness 🌸
Did you know that HPV (Human Papillomavirus) is one of the most common viral infections worldwide? Most people will have HPV at some point in their lives — and many won’t even know it.
Here’s what every woman should know:
🔹 HPV is common. It spreads through intimate skin-to-skin contact.
🔹 Most HPV infections go away on their own, but some types can lead to cervical cancer and other health problems if not detected early.
🔹 Regular screenings save lives. Pap tests and HPV tests help detect changes early — before they become cancer.
🔹 HPV vaccination is safe and effective. It protects against the most harmful strains of the virus and is recommended for preteens, teens, and eligible adults.
🔹 Prevention matters. Routine check-ups, vaccination, and practicing safer s*x all help reduce your risk.
💗 Early detection = better protection. **
We encourage all women to stay up to date with their screenings and talk to a healthcare provider about the HPV vaccine.
Your health is your power — let’s protect it together.
