Most people don’t realize how harsh their inner voice actually is.
It shows up in small moments—
when you make a mistake
when you feel overwhelmed
when you think you’re “not doing enough”
Over time, that voice becomes the tone of your entire life.
But you are allowed to unlearn that.
You are allowed to choose a different way of speaking to yourself, one that feels supportive instead of critical.
Changing your self-talk won’t happen overnight, but even small shifts matter.
