Kentucky Women's Cancer Screening Program

Kentucky Women's Cancer Screening Program Informing, educating and linking women to breast and cervical cancer screening services.

The Kentucky Women's Cancer Screening Program of the Department for Public Health provides breast and cervical screening and follow-up services, professional education, public education, outreach, quality assurance and surveillance. Screening and follow-up services are provided by local health care professionals through contracts with local health departments. The program is funded through federal funds and is part of the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.

Many thanks to everyone who turned out today to speak with us at the Kentucky Employee Health Fair at the State Office Building in downtown Frankfort. Today we broke our all-time attendance mark as more and more people are learning about and spreading the word of KWCSP and the Breast Cancer Research and Education Trust Fund - BCTF!
