I'm posting this again because my pollen allergies are KILLING me! I'm mostly having problems with sniffles sneezing, but it will eventually settle in my chest one night.
I collect goldenrod and mullein every year for respiratory problems. I sure hope you did too. A cup of tea with local honey will work wonders.

I find this to be good advice. I'm a
Type-A person that can NOT just "be".
I turn on some music and paint, craft, make jewelry or soap - just anything.
If you're able to meditate or go to the gym and clock out for a bit, do that.
Just breathe.

This picture was taken at Kings Island Haunt. I no longer ride, but I go with my family to the park several times a year and love the shows and decorations. It is snowing at the moment, and Kings Island is preparing for Winter Fest. I am hoping for good weather for at least one, maybe even two, Christmas visits. 😎

It's starting to come up all over my yard right now. I don't enjoy the taste of these as much as violets and dandelions. But, it's good medicine.

I finally went for a long walk in the woods after not being out there all summer. The drought had killed everything off this year and it's nearly all new growth now.
I didn't find anything anything medicinal except the yarrow. I may go back after it later. It's a new plant coming up since the rains.
