We always make sure we are able to do the things we feel we need to do or even really want to.
It's about prioritizing what you really want and making time to get it done. Time management is one of the most effective forms of personal development that we can work on. 👌

What you do in your first 20 minutes after waking up determines the rest of your day.
If you lay there scrolling on your phone, you are most likely not going to have a productive day.
If you hop straight up and start doing something, you are more likely to get stuff done.
Your attitude is key as well.
Even if you wake up in a bad mood, the rest of your day depends on you.
So if 10 things go wrong before you even leave the house, be determined to make the next ten things go right!

A few days ago but I wanted to share!

Don't let anything, including obstacles, hold you back from reaching your goals.
Most days it seems that life runs us, but it doesn't.
Whether your busy being a mom, dad, caregiver, student, employee, boss, etc. You control your life.
Your decisions ultimately result in your outcome.
Choose your life. Live your life.
There are no accidents. There are no excuses.
Make time for what matters, including yourself.
Most days, I feel like I don't even have time to breathe. I do what I can, to get done what I can. I don't let it stop me.
On days like this day, when the baby doesn't want to sleep, I do what I have to do anyways (or at least TRY).
I will work out in front of her; engaging with her and playing with her in the midst of what I'm doing. I will set her on my lap while I do homework, or reach out to people. Satisfying children is actually quite easy, they just want attention! As long as you can give them that, then you can do just about anything.
Basically, what I am saying is to:
Use what you have, to get what you want!
Anything is possible as long as you believe that it is.
The mind is a powerful thing. It can either help us or hurt us.

Last week (Top) This morning (Bottom)
My Beachbody Performance Pre-workout and Post-workout drink has made a tremendous difference in the way I feel; which leads to better results.
I have more energy and endurance.
Therefore, my workout duration is longer.
Plus, the recovery drink helps my muscles to heal faster, so I can continue to work on them/myself consistently.
I am beyond satisfied with my results!
This is honestly the best product I have tried, but it isn't some magic powder.
Results do not happen on their own.
It takes hard work and commitment to yourself.

In order to reach your goals, you have to be committed. It doesn't matter how long it takes you, as long as you get there; consistency is key.
•Write down your goals, somewhere that you can see them everyday.
•Figure out your why; Why are you wanting this or why are you doing this? Why, or how, will this change your life for the better?
•Do something everyday, no matter how small, that will get you one step closer to reaching those goals.
•Reward yourself.
*Slow progress, is still progress.
•Work hard.
•Every night, reflect on what you did for the day.
•Analyze what you have accomplished, what you need to do, and what you could improve on tomorrow.
•Make a daily routine.
•Make time for yourself and personal development.
•Work harder.
•Believe in yourself.
•Tell others what you are doing; accountability is a goal changer.
•Most importantly, have fun!
You are not trying to change who you are; you are simply working hard on improving who you are, and investing in yourself, to become who you want to be; who you were meant to be.
*Always remember that failure is a result of trying.
One who does nothing has already failed; one who tries and fails, then calls it quits, is lost; but one who tries over and over, despite having failed, is winning! Always fail until successful. 💙👌😉
