🔥Transformation mom of 2 🔥

This is what consistency looks like. She shows up to group classes, gives 100% every time, and she started tracking her food because how can you know how much you should be eating if you’re not tracking it?

That’s the issue for some of you: it’s not a lack of ability, it’s a lack of discipline. You avoid discomfort. You don’t want to track your food (not a forever thing) , just for a while. But trust me, it’s so worth it.

I’ve got two clients prepping their bodies for the big day, and I can’t wait to see them in their wedding dresses 💕🥲 Pictures of my hybrid client who does both online training and in-person sessions! We’ve managed to slim her waist, and she’s been shedding inches all over. Her clothes are fitting so much better now!

My client's objective is to gain muscle mass, and she is making significant progress, look at her impressive muscle development. She has successfully gained weight while maintaining a healthy body fat percentage. Specifically, she has added 10 pounds and only increased her body fat by 2%. For those attempting to gain quality muscle weight, the challenge is well understood. I have experienced this journey myself and recognize the dedication required, such as eating even when feeling full and striving to meet carbohydrate and protein goals. Persistence is key! My client has managed to achieve this while balancing late-night work shifts and academic commitments—no excuses! Gaining weight can be beneficial, and I encourage women not to shy away from weightlifting; the results will be rewarding. I am immensely proud of her dedication and hard work. With only 74 days remaining until the new year, now is the perfect time to embark on your fitness journey.
