✨Meet Our Feeding Team ✨

Alicia is one of our Lactation Consultants here at LAFS. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and is currently in the process of becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)!

Alicia is a proud mom of four amazing boys (yes, four!) who always keep her laughing and on her toes. She has been a nurse for over 15 years, working in a variety of specialty areas, and has spent the last 10 years as a Postpartum Nurse supporting families as they recover from delivery and learn the basics of newborn care and feeding.

After experiencing her own feeding journeys and supporting families in the hospital, Alicia developed a deep passion for helping parents build confidence and master the skills needed for successful feeding. She is so excited to be part of the LAFS team and looks forward to helping families reach their feeding goals and feel supported every step of the way. 💛

Amy is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience working with moms and babies and has been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2006.

She provides compassionate support to help families feel confident and successful in their breastfeeding journey.

Amy is also a proud mom of three teenage daughters — Kaylee, Keira, and Gracie — all of whom she breastfed, which is where her love for lactation began. When she’s not supporting families, you’ll find her hiking with her two golden doodles, Charlie and Champ! 💛

Pam is one of our amazing Lactation Consultants here at Latched at First Sight!

She has been a pediatric nurse for 17 years, a pediatric nurse practitioner for 14 years, and an IBCLC for 8 years. Pam decided to pursue her IBCLC certification after realizing how many of her new families as a PNP needed more support with feeding. She’s since developed a true passion for helping families navigate their feeding journeys and feels so grateful to do this work every day.

When she’s not supporting families, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their son, MJ, and their dog, Cooper.

I’m Danielle — RN, IBCLC, mom of three, and the founder of Latched at First Sight.

Here at LAFS, we’re more than feeding support — we’re lactation and family support. 💛

What started as a passion for helping families feed and bond with their babies has grown into a team of experienced nurses, lactation consultants, and educators who walk alongside you from bump to baby and beyond.

At Latched at First Sight (LAFS), we offer more than feeding support — we provide Lactation and Family Support every step of the way. From prenatal education to that first latch, through infant feeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and starting solids, we’re here to guide and support your whole family.

Our team is made up of Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs and CLCs) who are also Registered Nurses, and a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in infant feeding and oral motor development.
