How I looked and wishing I could just to get my crap together vs how I look now that I’ve gotten my crap together.
Fasting and no alcohol has made such a huge difference since the first picture was taken in 2022…
I got down 140lbs from my highest weight in late April this year.
I’ve done a combo of keto, carnivore, and mostly fasting…
I’m currently weighing my options moving forward.
My goal is to start weight lifting this month and eating a healthy diet that is high in protein and lower in carbs (it works best for me).
No need to wait for January 1.
Fasting got me here, but fasting won’t build the muscle I want to build.
That requires a fitness coach (to tell me what I don’t know about lifting and teach me good nutrition).

We started working together in 2021 but I wasn’t consistent in my work.
Now that I’m dialed in with my focus, I’m ready to get started again.
2025 is the year I build up weight again…but as muscle this time 💪🏻
