I'm a local massage therapist and I do a few discounted massage sessions every month for those needing self care but it's not fully in their budget! This time of year can be especially stressful and I'd love to have you on my table!

Sessions available for December:

Friday, Dec 6th: Cool springs location- 60min at 1pm- $65

Thursday, Dec 12th: Spring Hill location- 90min at 11am- $95
AND 60min at 1pm-$65

Everyone, welcome Brooke Whitlow!! 🎉🙌🥳

Brooke has a private practice called The Guided Healing Co. in Cool Springs and is expanding to Spring Hill. She reached out to me a while back asking to join my space.

We are both graduates of Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies. Brooke has the biggest heart and such a passion for massage. I know you guys will adore her, too!

She will be in Spring Hill on Monday evenings, Thursdays and some Saturdays.

Meeeeeaning, I will have a space to do massage in Spring Hill and Cool Springs now! If you've been thinking of getting on my table, my Spring Hill books are open and I'll begin taking clients in October! I'll be available in Spring Hill on Monday evenings, Thursdays, and Saturdays!

I specialize in therapeutic, integrative massage with skills in myofascial release, stretching, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and energy work✨
