It’s about to be Pasta Salad season….
As the days get warmer, my craving for pasta salad goes way up. I love these because they’re so versatile. When you have a bunch of leftover veggies and protein in your fridge that need to be eaten, just chop everything up small, cook up whatever pasta you have, and toss in your favorite salad dressing or make a quick vinaigrette. You can add a few pantry items as well like olives, dried cranberries, chickpeas and even and nuts. Possibilities are endless and delicious!
