Michele explains in this overview her approach to the weight loss and improved health. She is offering it for $100. She has program prerecorded from past and will send videos each week for 10 weeks. Using products she recommends are optional. Check out the overview to see if you are interested. Our family has followed this way of healthy eating for several years.
