Quick update on the 2026 H**p Regulations in TN.
For the most part, not much will change prior to the effective date of July 1st, 2026 for legacy license holders, which we are in that group.
There are however, a couple changes you will see that are effective as of Jan. 1 , 2026, that we wanted you to be aware of.
1) All THC products must be behind the counter.
2) 21+ only with ID checks required
3) The 6% THC tax is no longer applicable so that will no longer be charged at checkout!! Yay, 6% discount on all THC items until July 1st.
4) Drink prices will be increasing soon due to the new wholesale tax program being implemented by the liquor distributors on Jan 1. They are not required to charge this until July 1st, but have collectively decided to do so on Jan 1. All remaining THC-based products will have this new wholesale tax applied beginning on July 1st, 2026.
