🌞 UV Safety Month Reminder! 🌞
Did you know there's a difference between sunscreen and sunblock?
🧴 Sunscreen filters UV rays, letting some in. It's often called a chemical sunscreen.
🛡️ Sunblock reflects UV rays away from your skin, blocking them from penetrating. Think of it as a physical sunscreen!
No matter which you choose, staying safe in the sun is key! Here are some tips for decreasing UV exposure:
👕 Cover up with clothing.
👒 Wear a broad-brim hat.
🕶️ Wear sunglasses with 100% UV protection.
🧴 Use protection- at least SPF15 & UVA 4 stars.
🏕️ Stay in the shade.
Stay sun-safe, everyone!

Our recent Synergy Summit leadership conference was a huge success. It was a meeting of the minds, a celebration of teamwork and growth, where our leaders came together for a fantastic time of learning and collaborative development.

Our team participated in a personality color assessment that helps us all understand ourselves and others better. Everyone loved making their own DIY aromatherapy sugar scrub kit to bring home.

It was amazing to see everyone’s creativity and feel the enthusiasm in the air for our “Two of a Kind” costume contest. Carla and Carla were the perfect duo! ✨👯‍♀️

We thank our wonderful leadership team for all the hard work, dedication and love they put into our community! 🙏
