This is what pelvic organ prolapse looks like.
Not on a textbook diagram.
On a real body.
My body 13 years ago.
A body that has run marathons, taught thousands of classes, and carried three babies.

I look “fit.”
I look “fine.”
I look like someone who has it all together.
But my bladder, my bowel, and my urethra were literally falling out of my body.

A surgeon told me I was “too far gone.” That surgical mesh implantation (that may cause cancer) was my only option.
I refused.
I spent six months developing a protocol — and I healed myself.

54% of female athletes have pelvic floor dysfunction.
Female athletes are 3-5x more likely than sedentary women to have pelvic floor dysfunction. Yes I’m talking to you the athlete at 20,30,40,50,60,70 active daily and challenging yourself to remind your body what’s possible.

Most of them will never tell you. They’ll push through.

Ultimately they’ll have pain and/or dysfunction.
They’ll just wear dark leggings, skip the trampoline, and stifle their laughter.

I wrote a book about all of this.
The story.
The science.
The method that healed me and thousands of others.
The truth I haven’t heard anyone else telling.

Here’s a passage from the final chapter:

The leaking, the pain, the belly bulge, the pelvic heaviness—these are not punishments. They are messages. Your body is telling you that something in the system needs attention.
And the beautiful, empowering truth is that you have the power to answer that call.”
