At Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, the experience of the clients and families we serve is shaped by how we show up—every interaction, every day.

The Odyssey Way reflects our shared commitment to delivering not only exceptional clinical care, but an exceptional experience for those who trust us with their journey.

Grounded in three guiding principles—caring and connecting, finding a way forward, and doing what’s right—these pillars help define how we support one another, our clients, and our communities.

As we continue to grow, The Odyssey Way brings clarity to our values in action and reinforces the standard of care we strive to provide across our organization.

At Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, our monthly CEO lunch at the corporate office is more than a time to gather—it’s an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and stay aligned in the work we are doing together.

Each month, these conversations reinforce the vision that guides our organization: expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare while remaining deeply committed to the individuals and families we serve, always striving to care and connect in meaningful ways.

As we continue to grow, what remains most important is the intention behind that growth—strengthening our programs, supporting our teams, and ensuring that every decision reflects our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care. Guided by The Odyssey Way, we continue to find a way forward that balances innovation, consistency, and heart, while always doing the right thing for those who rely on us.

Moments like these remind us that meaningful progress is built through shared purpose, thoughtful leadership, and a belief in what we are creating together.

Our Eating Disorder team had a meaningful and energizing experience at the recent iaedp conference — and we're still riding the momentum!

From powerful presentations to inspiring conversations with colleagues old and new, the event was a reminder of why this work matters and how much we grow when we come together as a community.

We're excited to bring those insights back to the people we serve.

What happens after someone leaves the hospital for mental health or eating disorder treatment?

Many people transition directly from inpatient treatment to weekly outpatient therapy. However, that shift can sometimes feel abrupt. Without continued structure and support, this period can be especially challenging.

At Odyssey Behavioral Health, our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs are designed to help ease that transition. These step-down levels of care offer ongoing clinical support while helping individuals rebuild independence and confidence in their daily lives.

In this video, learn how step-down care helps support meaningful, lasting recovery. https://hubs.li/Q0440Phc0
