My name is Crystal Ward. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. I enjoy working with clients to help relieve chronic pain, improve posture, and help recover from injuries. I also enjoy working with clients who have Scoliosis and TMJ. In the 10 years, I have been practicing Massage Therapy I have had many chances to work with athletes and travel to work with Tour de Natchez Trace with some really awesome veterans. Tour de Natchez Trace holds a dear spot in my heart it was one of the best experiences in my massage career. I became certified in Medicupping almost 2 years ago. It is a great way to jump-start the process of hydrating the muscles, draining old lymph and toxins, and separating the tissue layers. It goes hand in hand with my Myoskeletal Alignment studies. Myoskeletal Alignment Technique is an amazing skill to assess posture and pain. I became a Certified Kinesiology Taping practitioner a year ago. Kinesio Taping can be used for many different issues anywhere from posture, pain, lymphatic drainage and can be used with any age group. I can not wait to work on you!
