Chiropractic adjustments are a safe and effective way to treat pain and/or injury. By using a detailed history and specific examination to your issue, Dr. Trent is able to diagnose and treat exactly what your body needs. Adjustments are one of those specific treatments. It is done by using hands or a device to put a low force into the body. This allows for the areas with decreased joint mobility or “subluxation” to have better joint mobility and takes pressure off of the surrounding systems(muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves).
