"Hi, I was born and raised right here in Franklin, NC. I am married and have two awesome children. My passion is working around my house in my flower beds and I also enjoy kayaking and hiking up in the mountains.

"I have been coming to Nantahala PT since July of 2024. I've had a total knee replacement and back surgery. The PT's are great. They work hard and make me feel like family and I consider each one a friend. I have been married for fifty years. I have 2 daughters and 2 son-in-laws along with 4 beautiful grandkids.
Don't tell anyone but I'll be sad when I graduate from PT 😊HAHA! my favorite pastime is to laugh and trust me if you don't leave with a giggle or smile on your face, something is wrong! ❤️❤️"

"I grew up in Salem, Missouri, and two and a half years ago, I took a random shot and landed in the mountains of North Carolina. I’ve enjoyed it ever since and love exploring everything NC has to offer. I’m always playing some sport or game, and right now I play ultimate frisbee on a team in Charlotte called Gambit.

What I enjoy most about physical therapy is the interactions and connections I get to make on a daily basis!".

"Hi, I'm Linnette Izquierdo Bohner and I have been with Nantahala Physical Therapy since 2013. I was born and raised in Franklin, NC and my husband and I have 3 beautiful children! I have a passion for cooking and love trying out new and delicious recipes in my spare time! When I'm not working part time at NPT, I'm homeschooling my younger 2 children and tending to my 2 dogs and my bunny. This week, we are hearing from our very own Kay Kelly. She has been a patient of ours for quite some time now and never fails to put a smile on our faces the moment she walks into the clinic. She also spoils us with sweets more often than we deserve 😍❤️

"Hi, I'm Kay Kelly. I live in Franklin, NC. I was 38 years old when I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and since then, I have gotten several other joint issues. My rheumatologist referred me to Nantahala Physical Therapy and I since then received therapy on my back, hip, and my knee. I have had each therapist do sessions with me from exercises, hot packs, dry needling, machines, pool therapy, etc. Whatever you need, they are the ones to help you! They are such caring staff and I have adopted them as family. If you need therapy, I highly recommend that you go to visit the NPT family. At Nantahala, everyone is somebody and no one is nobody!"
