Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls. I even brought down the sugar a bit and used Maple Sugar in place of White sugar. I will be making these again and maybe making 20 rolls instead of 10 because they were HUGE!

Experimenting with Ancient Grains. Ancient Grains are the healthiest flour that you can consume. Traditional flour is stripped of all nutritional and health values. I will post an update tmrw, as soon as I pull it out of the oven!

Sourdough is so AMAZING! I took a trip to Denver. I put 1 tbsp of unfed starter in a container. It traveled 6 hours with me. When I got to the place I am staying, I fed and watered him really well. Little Dough-Key is so happy!!!
