Livius Larry Nandrea, 92, of Franklin, NC, died at Northeast Georgia Medical Center on April 14, 2026, of multiple organ failure. Larry was born February 17, 1934, in Vrsac, Yugoslavia, to the late Elza Levoai Nandrea and Michael Nandrea Jr. He immigrated to America at age 15 months with his parents through Ellis Island.
