"When parents tell me “he never relaxes for anyone” this is usually why 👀
Most babies aren’t fighting sleep or calm. Their nervous system just doesn’t feel safe yet.

Once we help the body let go, everything changes.
The softening. The deep breath. The calm you can literally see 😮‍💨✨

Comment RELIEF if you want to understand what helps babies finally relax instead of powering through discomfort.

If you’re in the Nashville area, this is your sign to come be part of our community at Kyd Kyro 🤍

COMMENT “LATCH” for my feeding troubleshooting guide 🍼

mama… clicking, coughing, spilling milk, pulling off, or constant fussiness during feeds is not just a “phase.”
it’s almost always a sign that something in the jaw, tongue, or neck is working way too hard — and no one ever tells parents that.

once we release that tension, feeding gets smoother, calmer, and so much easier for both of you 🤍

COMMENT “YES” for my class on how chiropractic supports newborns 🍼

mama… so much of what babies struggle with comes back to one thing: tension.
tight jaws, stiff necks, curled-up bodies, trouble settling, trouble feeding… their little nervous systems carry more stress than you’d think.

chiropractic for babies is gentle, specific, and focused on helping their body move and function the way it’s meant to.
when that tension releases, you see it — calmer feeds, better sleep, easier digestion, a softer, happier baby.

if you’re in the Nashville area and curious about how this could help your little one, we’d love to see you at Kyd Kyro.

COMMENT “RELIEF” for my quick guide to help fussy, uncomfortable babies 💛

mama… if you’ve tried everything and your baby is still gassy, refluxy, or crying nonstop, you’re not doing anything wrong.
their little bodies just hold more tension than you’d expect — and once we release it, things finally start to click.

less crying, better poops, calmer feeds… it’s honestly the best feeling.

"COMMENT “TUMMY” for my free guide! 🥳

Most babies struggle with tummy time because their arms are in the wrong place.

Your baby’s arms should be under their body, not flared out like a little starfish.

When their arms are tucked under their shoulders, they have support.
They can lift their head easier.
They can breathe easier.
And they actually start to enjoy tummy time.

Arms out to the sides = face-plant struggles.
Arms under the body = strength, stability, and progress.

Quick check:
Elbows tucked in
Chest lifted
Hips relaxed

If tummy time has been a fight lately, start here — it makes a huge difference.

"COMMENT “YAY” for more of my favorite newborn tips & tricks 🎀

swaddling isn’t just wrapping — it’s supporting your baby’s nervous system in all the right places.
when their arms feel secure, their chest can relax, and their body finally gets the message: you’re safe.

this is the swaddle technique I teach in the clinic all the time… because once parents try it, the difference is instant.
less flailing, fewer startles, more calm. ✨
