OK BUT THIS WORKS SO FAST 👇

if your baby is struggling to crawl… this is one of the first things we show moms in clinic

it’s not about forcing it
it’s about setting their body up the right way

start with side sitting so they can shift their weight more easily, let them lean forward instead of holding them upright, and watch how their hips and feet move… that’s what actually drives crawling

once their body “gets it”… everything starts to click

comment YES and i’ll send you exactly what we look for first in clinic

OK BUT THIS IS THE PART NO ONE TELLS YOU 👇

colic isn’t random
and it’s not something you just have to “wait out”

when you understand what’s actually going on in your baby’s body… everything starts to make more sense

we’ve seen babies go from nonstop crying
to calm… in situations that normally would’ve been a disaster (like long car rides 👀)

you’re not doing anything wrong 🤍
you’ve just never been shown what to look for

comment RELIEF and i’ll send you what we check first

Comment REFLUX and we’ll send what we check first when babies struggle with reflux or sleep.

Most parents think reflux or sleep struggles are about milk or routines.

So they try:
different formulas
earlier bedtimes
more rocking

But the first thing we check isn’t the routine.

It’s how baby’s body is holding tension.

Because when a baby’s body finally relaxes, feeding, sleep, and settling often get easier too.

COMMENT "COLIC" and I'll send you my #1 tip for fussy babies

Don’t forget to SAVE this post so you can come back to it when soothing your baby is a struggle! 💕

Here’s how you do the Squat and Shush:

1️⃣ Support Your Baby: Hold your baby securely, one hand supporting the head and the other under their bottom.
2️⃣ Gentle Squats: While holding your baby, do gentle squats and softly shush to soothe them.
3️⃣ Stay Calm: Keep a calm presence to help your baby feel relaxed and comforted.
4️⃣ Stability Ball: Can’t squat? Use a stability ball for a similar effect.

Comment FEEDING and we’ll send the first thing we check when babies struggle during feeds.

For a lot of parents, feeds slowly start getting harder.

Baby pulls off crying.
Feeds take forever.
You’re constantly stopping to burp or reset.

Most parents assume it’s reflux, gas, or something in the milk.

But sometimes the real issue is that baby’s body can’t fully relax during feeds yet.

And when that finally shifts, parents notice it immediately.

Feeds get calmer.
Baby stays latched.
Everything suddenly feels easier.

Comment HAPPY and we’ll send the small shift parents notice right before babies finally relax.

Parents usually notice it right away.

The squirming stops.
Their body softens.
Their breathing slows down.

Sometimes they even give that deep sigh babies do when they finally relax.

It’s the moment parents realize their baby wasn’t being difficult…
their body just hadn’t been able to settle yet.

Most parents think a baby who hasn’t p**ped is constipated.

But a lot of babies are actually trying to go… they just haven’t figured out how to push and relax at the same time yet.

Tiny signs it’s happening:
1. Grunting and turning red for a few seconds
2. Legs pulling up or stiffening, then relaxing
3. Squirming or wiggling like they’re trying to push something out

It can look random… but these are often the moments their body is trying to figure it out.

Comment RELIEF and we’ll send the first thing we check when babies are struggling to p**p.
