I often get asked by patients what I eat for breakfast. Here’s a picture of my answer. It’s my version of Bulletproof Coffee minus the coffee. I use Mud/WTR instead. I use Mud/WTR to reduce the caffeine and acidity of coffee. Give it a try and tell me what you think!
