Big changes are underway at Thrive Adult Primary Care.

We are exiting traditional Primary Care effective
1/1/2027.

An easy way to conceptualize the upcoming venture is to call it a “concierge” practice, although that’s not entirely accurate.

I prefer “strategic, physician-led health
optimization”” It’s a lot of words, but I trust that the people who are seeking it will understand immediately, and those are the ones I’m trying to reach.

For everyone else —those who must adhere to using health benefits for care- this is me providing lead time so you can search for a new Primary Care Provider.

KNX is ThriveAPC's cutting-edge Health Optimization project!
We are here to reconfigure culture around health and wellness by teaching best practices that prioritize individual ownership, alignment, and connection.

We call it “connects” because wellness is integrative
and our objective is to bring it all back together.

This Fall, we will be launching Vitality 5D:

This is a cutting-edge, physician-led, lifestyle coaching program providing 1:1 sessions (typically 30min at a time after initial intake) focused on individualized and immersive education on best practices for health optimization.

See the attached graphic for some clarity on what makes a program like KNX's Vitality 5D different from Primary Care as you may know it.

Tough to summarize my response to this other than a compulsion to rescue kids from abuse and confusion before they turn into permanently damaged adults. This man’s outcome is very much the exception amongst countless stories of perpetuated pain and damage.

Healing emotionally damaged adults happens best upstream. We can’t travel to the past, but we can act now to impact the future. Not all emotional damage is this devastating, but it is just as real, and just as perpetual, and often manifests physically as pain and disease. There is not one single kid out there who *deserves* abuse and confusion, physical, emotional, spiritual, or otherwise.

My long-term dream is to build environments for teenagers that make sense and provide safe havens for building self-confidence and wellbeing. It will take a while, but the vision is clear. Stay tuned.
