Join me for a Sound Bath Tonight! ✨🎶

This is the first of many Sound Baths that will be hosted at my new location in Nashville. .lauren.deyoe will be joining us for some Reiki Healing during the sound bath for additional health benefits such as:

1. Deep Relaxation: The soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes can induce a deep state of relaxation, helping to reduce stress and anxiety. 😌

2. Energy Balance: Reiki practitioners channel energy to help balance the body’s energy centers (chakras), promoting emotional and physical well-being.🌀

3. Enhanced Meditation: The combination of sound and Reiki can enhance meditative states, making it easier for participants to reach deeper levels of consciousness.🙏

4. Emotional Release: The sound vibrations can facilitate emotional release, allowing individuals to process and let go of pent-up emotions.🧘‍♀️

In Reiki and energy healing practices, specific crystals are used to represent and support the balance of the seven major chakras. Each chakra aligns with a particular energy center in the body and is associated with specific colors and crystals, enhancing the flow of energy and promoting overall well-being. 🌈✨

We’re going to go over crystals that can be used for each chakra energy center so stay tuned!
