Kidd Vision Center will be closed Wednesday, December 20th.

Starting Monday, December 11th, the office will open from 8am - 2pm Monday-Friday for records pick up. These hours will continue through December 27th, with the exception of the Christmas holiday.

To request records, please phone the office and leave your name, date of birth, and a contact number. We will phone you once records are ready to be picked up. PLEASE LEAVE ONLY 1 MESSAGE—Multiple messages slow down our return process!!!

With the multitude of requests, we are unable to phone you back to let you know the request was received. If you leave the message, it is received.
