Here’s what’s actually happening:
You might not be eating enough.

When your body isn’t properly fueled, it doesn’t just “adjust” or get smaller. It gets louder. Your hunger signals ramp up, your cravings intensify, your energy dips, and suddenly food is all you can think about. Not because you lack discipline, but because your body is trying to protect you.

The more you try to eat less, the more your body pushes back! The solution isn’t more restriction. It’s learning how to actually fuel yourself in a way that feels satisfying, stabilizing, and sustainable.

Because eating less isn’t fixing the problem, it’s creating it.

I loved my bionic curling iron but somehow one of my daughters ended up with it so I bought this curling iron from Target and it does the trick just the same!
