Welcome Adrianne! 🎉

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Adrianne to our team! 🙌 Adrianne brings a wealth of expertise and passion for physical therapy, holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University🎓 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine. While in college, Adrianne was deeply involved in track and field, cross country, and even worked in the cadaver lab, fostering her deep understanding of the body and movement.

With certifications in Dry Needling and Selective Functional Movement Screening (SFMA), Adrianne has been working in the physical therapy field since 2017, gaining experience in outpatient and rehabilitation settings. She specializes in working with runners, weight lifters, athletes, and post-operative rehabilitation patients. Her primary goal is to empower her patients, enabling them to return to the activities they love through high-quality, individualized care.

Outside of work, Adrianne’s passion for movement continues—she’s an avid marathon runner 🏅 and strength trainer, and she also enjoys training her dog, Benson 🐾. When she’s not running or at work, she loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and, of course, Benson.

Meredith brings a wealth of experience to us, having graduated from MGH in 2011 and dedicating her career to orthopedics, women’s health, and vestibular rehabilitation. Her holistic approach to wellness shines through not only in her practice but also in her daily life, where she loves spending quality time with her two dogs. 🐶🐶
