HearTN, formerly Hearing Services of Franklin, provides expert hearing and balance care to the communities we serve through our now 7 offices: Franklin, Spring Hill, Nolensville, Dickson, Tullahoma, Chattanooga and in Trenton, GA. HearTN has been privately owned and operated since 1987, providing the highest quality of hearing health care for over 30 years. Our recent expansion to these communities has allowed us to reach even more people in need of quality hearing health care. Audiologists are trained to handle both hearing & balance needs. We take the time to get to know each patient and your individual needs before making any recommendations. Our doctors are trained in the latest digital hearing aid technology and diagnostic care for hearing and balance needs. Not everyone needs a hearing aid, but those who do deserve the absolute best care available, and you will find that at HearTN.

Take your best guess at what our theme is, and who each one in our spooky squad is dressed up as this year — the first person to guess our overall theme, and who each person is correctly will be entered into our Patient Appreciation / Christmas Party raffle for a fang-tastic prize: 50% off a pair of our top-of-the-line hearing aids! 🦻✨

Say hello (with a sweet Southern smile) to Mandy Roberts, our amazing Patient Care Director!

Originally from Mississippi, Mandy brings that signature Southern charm wherever she goes. When she’s not checking patients in and out with a warm “Hey y’all!” and making the office feel like home, Mandy’s likely in her garden, curled up with a good book, or spending time with her favorite people — her husband Ken, their two grown-up kiddos Walker and Maggie, and a furry friend or two.

Fun fact: Mandy might just be the only person who can schedule your appointment, ask about your mama, recommend a great novel, and give plant care tips... all before you’ve sat down in the waiting room. 🌿📚🐾

We’re so lucky to have Mandy’s heart, humor, and hospitality on our team. Next time you’re in Franklin, be sure to say hi — you’ll feel like family in no time. 💛

💙 Happy Boss’s Day to our fearless leader and (recent) birthday girl, Dr. Elizabeth Welch! 💙

From earning her doctorate, to purchasing the Franklin office in 2009, Dr. Elizabeth has grown our reach by expanding to six additional offices — bringing her compassion and expertise into more communities. Her heart for others is at the core of everything we do at HearTN. For 27 years, she's been helping people reconnect through better hearing. Beyond the office, she’s a devoted wife to Keith, proud mom of three daughters (and now a recent son in law 🎉), and active in her church and community.

We’re so lucky to be led by someone who inspires with both her passion and her kindness. Happy Boss’s Day and continued Happy Birthday wishes, Dr. Elizabeth! 🥳💐

Last Wednesday, our entire audiology team—from all 7 of our locations—came together for a fun-filled day of training, connection, and fellowship.
