Hard to believe we are just ONE WEEK away from Thanksgiving! We have two opportunities to share space and find gratitude this coming week!

Tuesday Nov. 25th is our Centerpiece Workshop with the amazing Two Trees Flower Farm They will join us here in the studio to lead us through putting together a gorgeous centerpiece that is uniquely one of a kind because it was made by YOU! Registration is required and the DEADLINE to register is this Sunday, November 23rd! Register via website link in comments. You don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to relax and create as you head into the holding weekend. Fee is $65 and includes all necessary supplies as well as refreshments. 🍫🫒🥂

Then, on Thanksgiving morning, please join us as we raise funds to support the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County
at our Fourth Annual Gratitude Flow at the gorgeous The Barn at Crystal Spring Farm Class will begin at 9am. We hope you’ll join us as we begin a day of gratitude moving together as we raise funds to support those in need. All ages welcome. Please bring your own mat. Limited number of loaner mats will be available. No registration required.

We are so excited to introduce you to our newest instructor, Isa 🤩

Isa has been teaching yoga since 2016. She invites students to relax, be authentic, and move with intention and strength, finding beauty in each breath. An old soul with an adventurous spirit, Isa feels most at home in nature, grounded and curious. She will be leading a Vinyasa class bi-weekly SATURDAYS (yay) at 11:00am and will be adding more classes in 2026. Her first class will be this Saturday, November 22nd at 11:00.
