Grab your girls (or really anyone who can appreciate 90’s queens) and join us for an unforgettable Ladies Night Out that’s all about movement, music, and having fun! 🌙✨
We’re turning up the energy with a 60-minute fusion class that blends the strength of Pilates, the grace of yoga, and the sculpting power of barre — all set to a throwback 90’s QUEENS hip hop & R&B playlist that’ll have you feeling nostalgic and empowered.
After class, the vibes continue with your choice of bubbles or a locally fresh-pressed juice from our friends at plus:
🍓 A mini charcuterie box from local charcuterie experts (so excited to partner with them on this!)
🎁 A goodie bag filled with sample treats from our in-house non-toxic line

It has been a magical time since the studio doors officially opened ✨ We have already welcomed so many amazing people into this space and it has been a joy meeting you all as well as greeting familiar faces. Seeing the studio come to life with your energy, movement, and intention has truly been a dream come true.

Thank you to everyone who’s shown up, shared, supported, and believed in this dream. Your presence means the world. Whether you’ve taken a class, attended the open house, purchased some merch, sent your kind words, or simply cheered from afar - you’re part of this journey.

Here’s to continuing to build this community together one class at a time. ❤️

As we prepare for our ribbon cutting tomorrow, we must take the opportunity to thank Franklin Indiana Chamber of Commerce for their support in the opening of the studio through their Launch Johnson County initiative. You know what they say about that which makes us uncomfortable…it’s usually something you should do. A vision/dream is all well and good when it lives in your mind, but to put it out there in front of people to be seen is not easy. I am so glad I participated in the pitch contest and so very grateful for the support the launch funds were able to provide in the way of signage, equipment, a website and more. The vision for the studio has always had community at the heart of it and we are overjoyed to be a part of this truly special community 💙🚀
