12 years ago, I walked into this practice as an employee… and today, I’m so grateful to call it mine ✨

This journey has come full circle in the most meaningful way. I’ve always been passionate about what I do—helping people feel confident and love their smiles—and to now lead the very place that helped shape me is something I’ll never take for granted 💛

🪥 Brush after every meal to keep food from getting stuck around brackets

🧵 Floss daily using floss threaders or orthodontic floss

🥕 Avoid hard or sticky foods that can break brackets or wires

💧 Rinse with water or mouthwash to keep your mouth fresh and clean

📅 Keep your adjustment appointments so treatment stays on schedule
