Bone and Joint Institute is hosting its annual Sports Physicals Day with complimentary exams for rising high school freshmen–seniors. Get your athlete cleared and ready for the season!

School Schedule Highlights:
• 8 AM – Brentwood, Centennial, CPA, BGA
• 9 AM – Ravenwood, Summit, Grace Christian, Lipscomb Academy
• 10 AM – Independence, Nolensville High, Page High
• 11 AM – Fairview, Franklin, Brentwood Academy

📋Completed and signed TSSAA forms are required to receive your sports physical.
👕 Bonus: FREE T-shirt for all student-athletes
