I am Robyn Hyden
— a woman, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend who is also a somatic coach, massage therapist and Transformational Consultant.
My healing journey has taken me through the landscape of my own childhood traumas, and the reactivities they generated, to an inner mountain of strength and to the flowing waters of my passion and the oceanic spirit that holds us all in The Great Mystery of life.
I am grateful for all the challenges and struggles in my life for they have informed and shaped me into the person I am today. They have taught me invaluable lessons about forgiveness, compassion and self-respect and empowerment. I am now ready to share what I have learned with others, especially women who are seeking the solace and comfort of being witnessed in their secret darkness who ultimately wish to feel safe and renewed with both passion and purpose. I also work with the various issues of parenting and primary relationship.
With skillful means I will help you unplug from the story that is blocking you from moving gracefully through life in an organic way towards love and light. My primary offering is through touch, movement and inquiring dialogue offered in 1and two hour sessions. My fee is $$125 hr.
