This patient came to us hoping to soften the etched smile lines that framed her eyes. Because these lines often form from both movement and volume changes over time, we approached her treatment from two angles:

⭐️ Movement: We maintained her regular Dysport treatments to her crow’s feet to help relax the repeated muscle activity that deepens those lines.
⭐️ Volume: We paired that with 2 syringes of RHA® 3, placed using a superficial technique to gently restore structure and support in the skin.

This combination helps create a smoother, more awake appearance, without altering her natural expressions.
