For the fourth consecutive year, our Springfield team was honored to support Isaiah 117 House Robertson TN, and the incredible work they do to provide children entering foster care with a safe and loving space. πŸŽ„πŸ’™

When children are removed from their homes due to safety concerns, they often wait hours or even days for placement, frequently arriving with nothing and feeling scared, hungry, and overwhelmed. Isaiah 117 House provides a safe, comforting home during this time, offering clean clothes, warm meals, toys, cozy blankets, and compassionate volunteers who help children feel cared for and secure.

This year, our team was able to provide:
✨ 8 pairs of Aerie joggers for teens
🧸 6 Squishmallows for younger children
🍽️ Gift cards to local restaurants made possible through generous staff donations

πŸŽ„β€οΈ Giving Back This Holiday Season β€οΈπŸŽ„

At STAR Physical Therapy, giving back to the communities we serve is at the heart of what we do. Our Shelbyville team was honored to partner once again with The Center for Family Development to support children and families in the local foster care system.

Through a connection with one of their patients who works closely with foster families, the team was able to come together in a significant way. Thanks to contributions from several incredibly generous patients, our dedicated employees, and STAR, they β€œadopted” 10 children this Christmas. 🎁

This year brought bigger needs, including gifts for older children and even beds to ensure a safe and warm place to sleep. Thanks to the overwhelming generosity and holiday spirit of everyone involved, they were able to provide all the wants and needs of these children, totaling nearly $1,200 in support, and helping make Christmas brighter for them and their families. πŸ’™
