Soft tissue therapy is one of my favorite tools for helping patients recover and move better. It helps release tension, improve circulation, and restore mobility, especially after injuries or chronic tightness.

It’s often the missing piece when adjustments alone aren’t enough to fully relieve discomfort. Combining the two can make a big difference in long-term healing and function.
