This week, our Lantern residents spent the afternoon getting colorful and creative with chalk art. What may seem like a simple activity is full of meaning—sparking imagination, encouraging self-expression, and bringing back fond childhood memories. 🌸
It’s also a wonderful way to promote social interaction, fine motor skills, and relaxation, all while enjoying the joy of creating something beautiful. 🌟
We’re so grateful for these moments of laughter, color, and connection—proof that sometimes the simplest activities bring the biggest smiles. 💕

🌸 This week, we caught a sweet moment of Joy doing her physical therapy session with Rebecca out on our front porch! 💛
One of the things we love most about Rebecca is how she makes therapy part of everyday life at Morning Pointe. Whether it’s on the porch, during an activity, or in the middle of community fun, she finds creative ways to keep our residents strong, safe, and engaged. 🌟
It’s always inspiring to see therapy woven into real moments like this—helping residents stay active while enjoying the beautiful day and the friendships around them. 💙

The Lantern at Morning Pointe of Franklin is a Center of Excellence community offering a compassionate environment for seniors with a wide spectrum of memory care needs including Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Our memory care services are available in a convenient location not far from Nashville, Tennessee, and located on the Morning Pointe of Franklin senior campus.Our 44 specially designed apartments for Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss are nestled in a cozy, secured and intimate environment for residents needing greater levels of assistance.
