We in the Tennessee Advocates for Breast Cancer, TA4BC are working hard to get cosponsors for important legislation before Congress. The Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act H.R. 549, S.663 was introduced to Congress with bi-partisan support. This critical legislation would waive arbitrary SSDI and Medicare long waiting periods for eligible individuals with metastatic breast cancer.
Please call, email or write your TN Congressmen and urge them to sign on to this critical legislation which would waive the 24 month waiting period for Medicare eligible people to receive the lifesaving treatment they deserve! Thank you.
