We know our WHY — but what’s your WHO & HOW?

Yes, we’re all here to grow our business, support our families, and make a living. That’s our why.
But have you ever stopped to ask yourself:
Who is your ideal client?
What do they look like, what do they value, and what problems are they trying to solve?
And more importantly…
How do you get in front of them?

✅ Start by defining your ideal client in detail.
✅ Then ask: Where do they hang out? Who do they trust? What triggers their buying decisions?

This doesn’t just help you get better referrals.
It helps your entire chapter become better connectors.

So next time you’re talking with a fellow member, don’t just learn what they do — help uncover their who and how.

Testimonials can help us increase our business because they provide more credibility than a marketing message. In many cases, a testimonial can clinch a job for you. That is a lot of weight riding on someone else’s words of you and your services. A written testimonial on professional letterhead from one business to another is powerful, especially if that business is highly respected in the community.
