Yoga With Balance Yoga With Balance is now living in a Loft Studio and available for classes, privates, and workshops. I also offer on-site teaching in corporate offices.

My yoga business has been a successful, teaching effort since 1980. Since returning from New Zealand I am starting to reach out and connect with Yoga businesses where I can travel , do workshops, and get to know the local yoga community. Creating an ongoing relationship for coming back to teach monthly, semi-yearly, and yearly yoga workshops to help facilitate people's abilities who are dealing with ongoing trauma, rehabilitation, and chronic pain as well as fully functioning bodies interested in enhancing their practice with adaptive poses.

Music heals all

"Birds are known as the singers of the animal kingdom but they also enjoy listening to the music of other birds. Elephants are musically inclined. They sway their trunks to the sound of music they like and they will beat steel drums for their enjoyment. The best however is the cow. You can go into an empty cattle field and start playing an instrument. Those cows will come running to you. Music fascinates them. Music helps everyone and everything be at peace."

Hike to an Eagle Rock in Los Coyotes Rez. My Grandfather said the rocks in front are animals listening to the Eagle. 🦅
