Join Ashleigh Nelson on Sunday, August 17th and Sunday, August 24th at 6:00 PM for a free 60-minute Focused Flow Vinyasa class at Impel Pilates and Yoga Studio.

Ashleigh recently completed her RYT 200 in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and is now progressing from student to teacher. As part of her teaching journey, she is offering these classes at no cost and welcomes your feedback to help her grow as an instructor.

This all-levels, nonheated class will guide you through a mindful and energizing flow designed to strengthen and balance focused areas of the body while connecting breath and movement.
