Warm Yoga Tonight! 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Our warm classes are held in a room just below body temperature, heated with top-of-the-line infrared panels. The soothing heat helps relax your muscles and calm your mind.

Unlike vinyasa (flow) classes, this session includes no planks, cobras, or chaturangas—and only one downward dog. It’s gentle on the wrists and shoulders, making it a perfect complement to a regular flow practice or a powerful practice on its own.

Check out our schedule we offer 15 classes a week, with unheated, warm, and hot yoga options. Our hot yoga is truly hot, held in a room heated above body temperature for a deep, detoxifying experience.
