We teach foundations.
We teach options.
And yes, we teach advanced variations.

Not because everyone needs to do them.
But because growth requires somewhere to go.
In our system, growth is built through consistent Flow practice and Strength for Flow practice.

The body and mind adapt to what they practice regularly.

If you practice once a week, your practice will feel different than someone who practices five times a week.
That is normal.
That is earned.

The more often you return, the more becomes available.

Nothing in class is mandatory.
Everything is built through consistency.

Looking wrong.

Asana is not about how bendy you are.
It is a measure of how well you move.
How strong you are inside those movements.

Strength.
Breath led control.
Progress.

That is practice.
