We remember Harriet Tubman, whose lifelong commitment to service extended beyond her courageous work on the Underground Railroad. Later in life, she helped establish the Harriet Tubman Home for the Aged, caring for elderly and underserved members of her community — a powerful example of compassion, dignity, and community care that resonates with us today.

Sleeping over with pizza, hot cocoa, and movies is honestly the best way to experience a big storm. Total adult snow day vibes. The kind of night people randomly bring up years later:
“Remember that storm when we all slept at work and watched movies?”

You did not just get through a storm. You turned it into a bonding moment. That kind of experience really sticks with new associates and makes them feel like they landed somewhere with heart, not just a job.

We had the honor of welcoming Dawn the Duck to the Enclave this weekend! 🦆💛

Dawn is no ordinary duck—she’s a registered service duck with her own lawyer, manager, security detail, cameramen, jeweler, and yes… an LLC. She’s been featured on ESPN, highlighted by the Patriots and the NFL, and even has a children’s book in the works, How Dawn Found Her Quack, which teaches kids about recycling.

And somehow, between all of that, she found time to visit us.

The smiles say it all. Dawn and Justin truly spread love wherever they go.
