Renee, our wonderful SLC Lead Clinician with Fox Rehabilitation, and her amazing clinical student Liz, a 3rd-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student from MGH IHP, recently shared an inspiring milestone about our resident, Sheila D.

Sheila reflected on her journey, sharing, “When I came home from the hospital, I couldn’t get out of a chair myself. Now I can go out to stores and get up and down four stairs to get on the bus!”

We’re so proud of Sheila’s incredible progress and deeply grateful for the dedication and expertise of Renee and Liz that helped make this moment possible.

And selfishly, we’re overjoyed too—because now we get to go shopping with Sheila D.!

We’ve been taking advantage of the beautiful fall weather! Today we made a trip to Capron Park, where we got to see some amazing animals. The highlight of the day was hearing the lion roar — right in between his nap times!

With 16 years of caregiving experience, which began with caring for her mother, her compassion and positive attitude inspire us all. We're grateful to have her as part of our family! 💙👏

We had the honor of hosting a booth and spending the day with the wonderful Franklin community at the Franklin Downtown Partnership's 23rd Annual Harvest Festival! A heartfelt thank you to Chef Joe for baking his outstanding pumpkin bread—it was a huge hit! And a big shoutout to Len and Lauren for manning the booth with enthusiasm and warm smiles. It truly was the perfect day for a fall festival!
