As we prepare for the upcoming Life After loss program in March, we’d love to share how this powerful program came to be through the story of John and Dawn Huie and their son Ryan. We are also reminded of another healing foundation workshop, the Veterans Healing Trauma program.

To learn more about those and our other programs, follow the link in The Onsite Foundation bio. You can register or donate online today.

Stay tuned for the 11th Annual Peacock Invitational announcement. A day full of golf and camaraderie at the Vanderbilt Legends Club is another way to honor a loved one or contribute to and support Life After Loss.

Meet Deanna Wantz, Executive Director of The Onsite Foundation, where she has served since joining the organization in 2015. Deanna leads with a heart-forward, strategic approach and is guided by a deep belief that healing is a human right, and that financial barriers should never prevent someone from accessing the care they need.

Before Onsite, Deanna worked in ministry at one of the nation’s largest churches, shaping her relational leadership style and passion for walking alongside individuals and families through grief, trauma, and significant life transitions.

Under her leadership, The Onsite Foundation has expanded trauma-informed programs serving bereaved parents, veterans and first responders, creatives, survivors of mass shootings, and faith leaders, with a focus on helping people realize they do not have to navigate life’s most challenging moments alone.

Deanna is also a lifelong student of yoga and has been a yoga teacher for seven years. She believes that when one person heals, it creates a ripple effect that strengthens families and communities, and that every act of generosity is an investment in collective well-being.

As we arrive at the end of 2025, we want to share something beautiful with you: the profound impact your support has created in the lives of those who needed healing most.

Your generosity in 2025 made healing possible for songwriters and artists through our Creatives Support Network, pastors through our Pastors Living Centered Program, veterans through our Equine program and Fly Fishing experience, bereaved parents through our Life After Loss program, and mass shooting survivors though out Triumph Over Tragedy program. We were also honored to award many scholarships to deserving participants this year.

Again and again we witnessed what becomes possible when someone finally hears the words: Healing is possible. Your support made those words real for every person helped through The Onsite Foundation.

As we look toward 2026, we have one simple, powerful goal: to say “yes” to every person who reaches out for help.

Your tax-deductible year-end gift ensures that no one has to navigate life’s most challenging moments alone. Every contribution, no matter the size, directly supports someone’s chance to heal.

Because everyone deserves healing.
