As a reminder drink your water..don't overdo it...
Don't forget abouts the kids, pets, ( Lydias rabbit pickles is spoiled. She is in when weather too hot and too cold yes a house bunny).

Good afternoon I thought i would do an up date. Thanks to Hays Chiropractic care... I am now going to start to do 2 massages a day ..Getting back slowly.
Thanks to all for your patience and prayers while I get my feet back under me.
But most of all i will sing praises to God that it wasn't as bad as it could of been.
