The practice of Yoga Nidra is deeply calming, grounding, and a great way to relax the nervous system.
Some of you may have heard the term Non-Sleep Deep Rest, or NSDR, which is an umbrella term for this practice of deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is fully guided - calming the mind & relaxing the body for a deep and gentle reset.
